1. Download and install the software

If you are new to computers or do not have Zip software: From the list of download sites click on a link which is labelled 'Download as an EXE'. Once the file has finished downloading, double-click it and follow the displayed instructions.

When upgrading an existing installation, do not uninstall the old version, simply install over the top.
 

File size is approximately 2Mb which will take about 5 minutes to download on a 56k modem.
